Changes in the Company Registry Law in Poland – 1.12.2014

Starting from first of December 2014 there will be the following changes in the company registry in Poland:

1. NIP and REGON numbers will be assigned by the KRS instead of tax office and statistical office.

2. Only one notary deed with Articles of Association should be submitted to the KRS when registering new company.

3. Publicly visible business activity codes amount has been reduced to 10.

4. One of 10 codes should be marked as main business activity.
