What is a shelf company?

A shelf company or a ready-made company is a business entity that is fully formed and registered with appropriate authorities, created for the purpose of selling it to clients.

Why should I choose a shelf company over a brand new company?

Acquiring a shelf company means you get hold of an entity already ready to commence operations, whereas forming a company from scratch entails going through a complex and much longer process of company registration. In other words, buying a shelf company means saving a lot of time and effort.

Can I change the company name?

How long does it take to purchase a shelf company?

It takes several hours if you come to a country where company is registered, and around two weeks if you wish to do it remotely.

What do I need to do to purchase a ready-made company?

You will only need your passport. We also need information on your shareholders and company director.

Are your companies VAT-registered?

Yes, all EU companies offered are VAT-registered. They have all the certificates and registration documents required by given jurisdiction law. This means they are at liberty to commence business activities. Upon request we can also provide non-VAT registered companies for the purpose of VAT exempted business activity.

Are there any restrictions I should be aware of?

None of the busine11ss structures allowed to operate in in the EU have restrictions on foreign shareholders. Please consult with us about other jurisdictions.

Do I need to come to the country?

Not at all. Our acquisition process can be completed entirely remotely. However the the procedure is longer then in case if you travel.

What about brand new companies?

We have great experience in company formation. If an off the shelf company is not enough for you, we will be happy to provide a tailor-made business entity we create from scratch in close cooperation with you.
