Here at ShelfCompanies24 we bring together specialists in company formation, corporate compliance and business consultancy, with over 30 years of experience behind us. We started by helping foreign investors into the Polish market. We now register companies and sell ready made ones across Europe, the Caribbean, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa, and every country we cover is listed on the jurisdictions page.
We are not only business consultants. We are primarily entrepreneurs. Running our own companies taught us what a register, a bank and a tax authority actually ask for, and we use that when we advise on company analysis, taxation, corporate law and dealing with the authorities.
What we do
Three things, in every country we cover. We sell ready made companies that already exist and can be transferred to a new owner. We register new companies, including company formation across the EU and the EEA. And we open corporate bank accounts, including shelf companies that come with an account already in place. Tomasz has graduated from Warsaw School of Economics. His specialization was Finance. Tom supervises the whole business activity of ShelfCompanies24.com and manages all company’s affairs.
Anna Modlinska
Company Formation Specialist
Anna has graduated from Cracow University of Economics as well as Lazarski School of Law. At ShelfCompanies24.com Anna is responsible for company formation, shelf companies, foreign bank accounts and customer service.
Piotr Walter
In-house Lawyer
Piotr is a graduate of Law Faculty at University of Gdańsk. He is also an attorney. At ShelfCompanies24.com Piotr takes care of compliance, company registry issues and company formation.
Aleksandra Kowalska
Corporate Client Service Specialist
Aleksandra has completed a master degree in law at Kozminski University in Warsaw. At ShelfCompanies24.com Aleksandra is responsible for customer service, logistics as well as relationships with the banks.
