What do I need to do to purchase a ready-made company?
You will only need your passport. We also need information on your shareholders and company director.
Are your companies VAT-registered?
Yes, all EU companies offered are VAT-registered. They have all the certificates and registration documents required by given jurisdiction law. This means they are at liberty to commence business activities. Upon request we can also provide non-VAT registered companies for the purpose of VAT exempted business activity.
Are there any restrictions I should be aware of?

Do I need to come to the country?
Not at all. Our acquisition process can be completed entirely remotely. However the the procedure is longer then in case if you travel.
